User ID Is Not Appearing In Service Indicator Security User ID Lookup (Doc ID 3028133.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to add a new userid to Service Indicator Security, the userid is not found in the lookup. The user has been setup with an OPRID and appropriate Roles in PeopleTools.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Set Up SACR > Security > Secure Student Administration > User ID > Service Indicator Security
  2. Search for userid
