Symptoms
After setting up the Gender Identity & Expression Feature, when the user clicks on the Tile - Gender Identity is seeing the below error.
Error message:
You do not have access to this information.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Setup Completed: Enable Gender Identity is checked.
Set Up HCM > Install > Installation Table
2. Enable Attachment and Allow change by Self-Service user are enabled.
Set Up HCM > Foundation Tables > Personal > Gender Details > Gender Details
3. Allow Gender change by Self-Service users.
Set Up HCM > Foundation Tables > Personal > Gender Configuration > Gender Configuration
4. When the user clicks on the Tile - Gender Identity is seeing the above error.
Select the Personal Details Tile on a PeopleSoft Fluid Employee Self Service Homepage, then select the Gender Identity tile on the Personal Details dashboard.
