Symptoms

Performance Issue on PO Activity Summary. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Menu -> Purchasing -> Purchase Orders -> Review PO Information -> Activity Summary
2. Inform the PO id and click on search.
3. It is taking more than 1 min to open up the page
4. On the PO Summary Page, click on Invoice tab.
5. It is also taking more than 1 min to open it.
