Replication Steps
1.Deploy Search Definition : EP_GL_KK_ACTIVITY_LOG_KIB
(PeopleTools > Search Framework > Administration > Deploy Search Objects)
2. Run Build Search Index (PTSF_GENFEED) for Search Definition EP_GL_KK_ACTIVITY_LOG_KIB
3.Click the Commitment Control Insight tile the budget numbers are displayed based on the criteria
