Symptoms
When trying to view profile item details on the fluid My Talent Profile page, the details popup is blank.
Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Navigate to Employee Self Service Fluid Homepage > My Profiles tile > My Talent Profile tile
2. Select an item to view
3. Click the Details link
4. Popup page is blank.
