Symptoms
Receive an error when sending a document for signature.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate : Supplier Contracts > Create Contracts and Documents > Document Management
Open a Purchasing Contract
2. Click "Prepare and Route for e-Signature" button
3. Enter email address details
4. Click Send button
Issue : Receive the error
