Is There a Delivered Page or Process to Delete PS_STUDENT_AID for Students With Duplicate IDs? (Doc ID 3028880.1)

While cleaning up duplicate IDs in Campus Solutions, the "Delete ID" run control doesn't allow some IDs.  The message returned is "ID cannot be deleted - data exists in PS_STUDENT_AID record in the key field EMPLID."

If award processing has occurred then this message saves us from deleting critical data required by US regulations.

However, if this particular student record was caught as a duplicate very early in their tenure, and no financial aid packaging or awarding ever occurred for them, then it's reasonable to be able to inactivate the one aid year row in PS_STUDENT_AID.

Is there a delivered page or process that will allow a cleaner way to remove the offending row in PS_STUDENT_AID?
