E-NV: nVision Report Request Runs to No Success After Making a Change and Not Saving the Change

Symptoms
The nVision Report request runs to No Success when the date is changed on the page and the change is not saved. If the date is changed and the report is saved, it runs to Success.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Log in to PIA
2. Navigate to Reporting Tools > PS/nVision > Define Report Request.
3. Search for an existing report request.
4. Click Run Report button.
5. Return to Report Request Page.
6. Modify the existing report (e.g. date).
7. Click Run Report button.
8. Pop up message to Save. Do not save the change.
9. Report runs to No Success.
