Symptoms
Sample environement: PT8.59.
When trying to modify a PSJob, getting the following error message.
"You are not authorized to run the multi-process job <Job_Name> (65,4) PRCSJOBDEFN.GBL.SavePreChange PCPC:319 Statement:3
STEPS:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Main Menu > PeopleTools > Process Scheduler > Process Scheduler jobs
2. Search for the custom PSJob
3. Modify & try to save the PSJob
