E-AS: PSADMIN Hangs on Changing the Remote Administration Password in [PSTOOLS] (Doc ID 3029287.1)

Symptoms

On a Windows based application server domain, while using PSADMIN to change the "Remote Administration Password", it hangs and does not continue. The problem can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

a) Run “psadmin”
b) Choose 1) Application Server
c) Choose 1) Administer a domain
d) Select the proper domain from the list presented.
e) Choose 4) Configure this domain
f) Select ‘y’ to shut down the domain
g) Choose 15) Custom configuration
h) Don't make any changes until the PS Tools section
i) Change just the Remote Administration Password
j) Try to save the configuration

It hangs.

Works on Linux application server domains though.
