Symptoms

When attempting to boot the Application server with SSL enabled REN Server, the following error occurs in <PS_CFG_HOME>/appserv/<DomainName>/LOGS/PSRENSRV_MMDD.LOG on PeopleTools 8.60.13 and higher.

Replication Steps
-----------------------
1. Apply PeopleTools patch 8.60.13.
2. Try to boot the Application server domain where REN Server is configured to run with SSL.
