There is no Option to Select/Choose Another Bidder ID on Supplier Portal After Register New Supplier (Doc ID 3029496.1)

Symptoms

There is no Option to Select/Choose Another Bidder id on Supplier Portal After Register New Supplier.

Issues reported:

1. Bidder profile is showing supplier id on Supplier Portal. There is no option to select/choose another bidder id.
2. If Supplier id created is matching to an exists Bidder id. User can see bidder information and should not.T
3. There is no page under Supplier Portal/Secure Home Page where user can check Supplier Address and Contact

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Supplier Portal and login as VP1
2. Go to User Registration tile
3. Register as Supplier
4. After Registration id created. Go to Employee Portal and login as VP1
5. Go to Review/Edit Request. Navigation: Menu > Suppliers > Supplier Registration > Review or Edit Registration
6. View History. Navigation: Menu > Suppliers > Supplier Registration > View Registration History
7. Login as approver and approve Registration
8. Go to Employee Portal and login as VP1. Add roles missing for the user created (NEWUSER)
9. Go to Supplier Portal and login as new user (NEWUSER)
10. Go to Supplier Secure Home Page and click on Manage Profile tile
11. Bidder id is showing Supplier id '0000000078' and should have be Bidder id ‘0000000050’ according query from table: SUP_OB_ADT_TL_V
Issue 1 replicated: Bidder Profile page should should bring Bidder id and not Supplier id.
12. Update Bidder last number to 77. Navigation: Menu > Setup Financials/Supply Chain > Common Definitions > Code and Auto Numbering > Setup Automatic Numbering
13. Register Bidder. Navigation: Menu > Supplier > Supplier Registration > Register Bidders
14. Bidder Registration approved. Now Bidder '0000000078' exist.
15. Login as new user (NEWUSER) on Supplier Portal. Go to Manage Profile tile
16. Go to Bidder profile. It is automatically bringing information for the bidder ‘0000000078’ created above because the bidder id is matching to the Supplier id created ‘0000000078’
Issue 2 replicated: If Supplier id created is the same of Bidder id. It will bringing wrong information. User NEWUSER should not have access to Bidder id that matched to Supplier id created.

Issue 3: The main issue for the customer is that User cannot see new Supplier created and check the contact and address.

On bug 35988786 created for the issue. Development replied saying that it is WAD: “Since we have created a Supplier, there is no active Bidder hence the page is not relevant to a Supplier User.”

But user needs to confirm address and contact created for the supplier and there is not other page to do it under Supplier Portal/Supplier Secure Home Page. The only page is the Bidder Profile.
Customer tried to user Supplier Change Request but it is not bringing contact and address information.
