ERS9.2: Deleted Service Order Still Appear As Blank Row In Staffing Work Bench Manage Utilization Page (Doc ID 3029960.1)

Symptoms

Empty line remains in staffing Work Bench Manage Utilization Page after deleting a Service order.

Steps:

1. Navigate to the Staffing Workbench> Manage Utilization
2. Select the search option. Search for a Resource what are the service orders proposed
3. Data from Database Before delete option
Data present in
PS_RS_SO_HDR
PS_RS_SO_LINE
PS_RS_SO_LINE_DTS
4. Delete a service order for searched Resource: Resource Management> Request Resources>Delete Service Order
5. After Delete
Data from PS_RS_SO_LINE_DTS is not deleted and empty line is listed in Staffing Workbench – Manage Utilization
