Symptoms

The Tiles in Grants Management Fluid Home page displays the below message and not any content.

Message on Tile

User Preferences not set. Select to Configure


Replication Steps:

  1. Go to Grants Management Fluid Home Page.
  2. Notice that the tiles Award Certifications, Award Milestones, Award Expiration etc., displays a message "User Preferences not set. Select to Configure".
