EAP: Labels Not Changing In Workcenter

Symptoms
When selecting some pagelet the header of the workcenter does not update.
STEPS:
1. Go to Accounts Payables Workcenter
Payables Operation Homepage > Accounts Payable Workcenter tile
2. Click on any hyperlink on the workcenter, and observe that the Header label does not change.
