Symptoms

When the user attempts to generate the unofficial transcripts from advisor center, the (Invalid Value) value appears in the academic institution drop-down.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Menu Menu > Self Service > Advisor Center > Advisee Student Center
  2. Select Transcript: View Unofficial
  3. Click >> Icon
  4. Click on Academic Institution Drop-down
  5. Verify the Values
