Symptoms
When attempting to access Payment Request Center (Fluid) component, the following error occurs.
Error in PeopleCode ScrollSelect processing.

Steps:
1) Login as User1
2) Navigate Fluid Structure Content > Fluid Pages > Employee Self-Service > Payment Request
3) SQL error displayed
