Symptoms
Comment box overlaps the name of the Manager in Performance Document when no "Display Photo" is checked in Installation Table > HCM Options.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Manager Self Service Dashboard > Team Performance Tile > Team Documents Tile > Create Documents
2. Open newly created document.
3. Check the sections which does not require ratings. You will see the comment box overlaps the name of the Manager.
