E-PRCS: Process Monitor Missing 'Details' Column After Upgrade for User With Custom Grid Preference

Symptoms
PeopleTools > Process Scheduler > Process Monitor > Process List (tab):
Process Monitor Process List personalize grid columns is missing the "Details" column after recent upgrade for a particular user who had saved personalizations prior to the upgrade.
In Grid Customization, "Personalize Column and Sort Order", section is missing the "Details" column option.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. PeopleTools > Process Scheduler > Process Monitor
2. View Process List tab
3. Click to personalize grid
4. Observe "Details" column missing from available column options
