Academic Institution Drop-Down Displays Duplicate Institution Information on the Advisee Unofficial Transcript Page (Doc ID 3031276.1)

Symptoms

When the user attempts to generate the unofficial transcripts from Advisor Center, the duplicate rows appear in the Academic Institution drop-down. 


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Menu Menu > Self Service > Advisor Center > Advisee Student Center
  2. Select Transcript: View Unofficial
  3. Click >> Icon
  4. Click on Academic Institution Dropdown
  5. Verify the Values
