Symptoms
ENRL_ACTION_DT column in the ENRL_REQ_DETAIL table is sometimes null and sometimes not null.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Records and Enrollment > Enroll Students > Enrollment Request
2. Process an Enrollment Request
3. Query the ENRL_REQ_DETAIL table and review the data.
