Inconsistent Date Format In Search Page And In Search Results Page (Doc ID 3031779.1)

While searching a particular id, the date of birth format in the search results page is MM/DD/YYYY and after viewing the search result, the format for date of birth is showing as DD/MM/YYYY.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to: Main Menu > Campus Community > Personal Information > Add/Update a person
2. Click on search, In Search page shows Date of Birth : MM/DD/YYYY 
3. Click on any of the search results page, date format in search results page shows DD/MM/YYYY
