Symptoms

When attempting to create a WebLogic domain the following error occurs.

Error:

<PS_HOME>/setup/PsMpPIAInstall/scripts/wlsdomain.xml:722: The following error occurred while executing this line:

Replace: source file <PS_CFG_HOME>/webserv/<domain_name>/config/config.xml doesn't exist

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Launch PSADMIN menu.
2. Choose Web server administration option and choose create domain.
3. Populate all the values and create the domain to replicate the issue.
