Symptoms
When attempting to create a WebLogic domain with PeopleTools 8.61.03, the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch PSADMIN menu.
2. Choose Web server administration option and choose create domain.
3. Populate all the values and create the domain to replicate the issue.
