AR9.2: Collector Insights Dashboard - Not Presenting The Data After A New Business Unit Was Created As Seen Through AR_SRCH_CUST_AGING Query (Doc ID 3031813.1)

Symptoms

After a new Business unit was added to the system , the data related to it is not seen in Collector Insights Dashboard, as it can be seen when running the AR_SRCH_CUST_AGING query.

Issue can be replicated following the next steps :

1. Ensure that the User's security is correct and allows them to view the visualizations and tiles and/or the underlying data by verifying that one or more of the Permission Lists assigned to the User has the following Roles assignments:
- Kibana AR View Privilege
- Kibana AR Edit Privilege
- AR View Visual Intelligence
- AR Edit Visual Intelligence
(Kibana AR Edit Privilege and Kibana AR View Privilege --Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Install > Installation Options,Receivables and update Kibana Reporting Preferences )


2. Ensure that the dashboards are deployed:
2.1. Navigate to the "Deploy Kibana Dashboards" page in PeopleSoft
2.2. Select the following Dashboards:
- AR Collections Analysis
- Collections Manager
- Collector Dashboard
- Collector Performance
2.3. Click the "Deploy" button


3. Set  the Collector Dashboard and the Collections Manager Dashboard, andthe visualizations for both dashboards to display the "Last 20 Years" of data to see if this will allow the data to be presented:
3.1. Navigate to Reporting Tools > Kibana and open the Collector Dashboard
3.2. Click on the "Show Dates" link near the upper right side of the page
3.3. Select Last 20 years
3.4. Click the "Refresh" button
3.5. Click on each of the following visualizations to open them individually, and perform steps 3.2 through 3.4 for the visualization:
- Aging Balance Summary
- Aging by Customer
- Highest Balance Receivables by Customer
- Average Days Late by Customer
- Aging Detail
- History Detail
3.6. Open the Collections Manager Dashboard in Kibana
3.7. Click on the "Show Dates" link near the upper right side of the page
3.8. Select Last 20 years
3.9. Click the "Refresh" button
3.10. Click on each of the following visualizations to open them individually, and perform steps 3.7 through 3.9 for the visualization:
- Aging by Business Unit
- Aging by Customer
- Collector Effectiveness
- DSO by Business Unit
- Highest Balance Receivables by Customer
- Highest Balance Receivables by Collector
- Aging Detail
- History Detail
