EPY: CP2 Amount Isn't Appearing On Employee's Paycheque (Doc ID 3031891.1)

Symptoms

CP2 amount isn't appearing on the paycheque for the employee that has additional CPP taken on Review Paycheque.

The amount of CP2 that is shown on the Review Paycheque and Payroll Register should be displayed on the paycheque.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Create Paysheets - Payroll for North America>Payroll Processing CAN>Create and Load Paysheets>Create Paysheets
2. Calculate Payroll (Pre-calc) - Payroll for North America>Payroll Processing CAN>Produce Payroll>Calculate Payroll
3. Create a Payroll Register and it shows employee has CP2 on the report - Payroll for North America>Payroll Processing CAN>Pay Period Reports>Payroll Register
4. Calculate Payroll (Final) - Payroll for North America>Payroll Processing CAN>Produce Payroll>Calculate Payroll
5. Confirm Payroll - Payroll for North America>Payroll Processing CAN>Produce Payroll>Confirm Payroll
6. Create and save Payroll Register - Payroll for North America>Payroll Processing CAN>Pay Period Reports>Payroll Register
7. Run Advice Register - Payroll for North America>Payroll Processing CAN>Create Direct Deposits>Advice Register
8. Create Direct Deposit File - Payroll for North America>Payroll Processing CAN>Create Direct Deposits>Create Direct Deposit File
9. Create PDF Advice Forms is not displaying the CP2 not appearing - Payroll for North America>Payroll Processing CAN>Create Direct Deposits>Create PDF Advice Forms
