Symptoms
Employee Header on Time and Labor pages only shows the latest job tile regardless of effective date in PUM Image 47 environment after implementation of the new Employee Header Configuration for Time and Labor pages.
This is a different behavior compared to the header from PUM Image 40 which changes the displayed job/position title according to the effective date.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
In PUM47 environment:
Employee was Assistant Professor since 02/24/2022 then changed to Professor starting 09/15/2022 in JOB
1. on Team Time tile > Time Summary:
- 02-2022 - Job/Position title displays as Professor even though the employee is still Assistant Professor during this time.
- 09-2022 - Job/Position title displays as Professor.
2. on Team Time tile> Payable Time:
- 02-2022 - Job/Position title displays as Professor even though the employee is still Assistant Professor during this time.
- 09-2022 - Job/Position title displays as Professor.
3. on Team Time tile > Leave Balances: Job/Position title displays as Professor.
In PUM 40 environment:
Employee was Assistant Professor since 01/01/1995 then changed to Professor starting 05/30/2024.
1. on Team Time tile > Time Summary:
- 04-2024 - Job/Position title displays as Assistant Professor.
- 06-2024 - Job/Position title displays as Professor.
2. on Team Time tile> Payable Time:
- 04-2024 - Job/Position title displays as Professor even though the employee is still Assistant Professor during this time.
- 06-2024 - Job/Position title displays as Professor.
