Symptoms

Environment was upgraded from PUM Image 47 to PUM Image 50 and from PeopleTools 8.59.09 to 8.60.12. 

When on the Control Groups > Group Information > Assignment page, after entering a User ID in the Assigned to field and tabbing out, an error occurs.

ERROR
Prompt table's record definition not found. (15,12)

When attempting to validate the value for a field, the component processor attempted to access the table specified as the prompt table for this field. The corresponding record definition was not found; it was probably deleted. Contact your system administrator to determine why the record definition was not found.

STEPS TO REPLICATE THE PROBLEM
1. Accounts Payable > Control Groups > Group Information
2. Add a new Control Group ID
3. On the Assignment page, enter a User ID in the Assigned to field
4. Tab out of the field
5. Above error occurs

Changes

Environment was upgraded to PeopleTools 8.60.12.
