Why Is the Preview Button On Notes Already Sent To Applicants Grayed Out and Unavailable ? (Doc ID 3035212.1)

The system does not allow preview of notes/e-mails already sent to applicants.

Is this working as designed?

Steps to Replicate:

1. Using Manager Self-Service

2. Search Job Opening

3. Enter Job ID

4. Choose an applicant > View Notes

5. The e-mail notification opens and you can edit it and resend it but the preview button is grayed out
