HCM 9.2 Incorrect Job Title Displayed When Approving a Job Profile (Doc ID 3035215.1)

Symptoms

When manager tries to approve an employee's job profile, the employee's job title is incorrect.

The following Scenario is reported to be an issue:

When the employee has more than one employment instances and the first employment instance (empl_rcd 0) is inactive, when approving the Job Profile, it still shows the inactive job title. the expectation is for the active job title to be displayed.

Steps to replicate the issue:
1.Set Up HCM > Product Related > Profile Management > Profiles > Profile Types > Content > Education > Degrees
2.Add role Profile Mgmt Employee Fluid to the Employee
PeopleTools > Security > User Profiles > User Profiles
3. For e.g. Employee A has 2 employee instances, with empl_rcd 0 inactive and empl_rcd 1 active.
4.Terminate Employee A/ Employment Record0
Workforce Administration > Job Information > Job Data
 5.Add new employment instance Employee A/Employment Record 1, ensure Supervisor ID is set to Manager A
Workforce Administration > Job Information > Add Employment Instance
 
6. Login as the Employee A and add a degree for the Job profile
Employee Self Service [homepage] > Talent Profile [tile] > Education [left pane]
Note the job title is coming from empl_rcd 1 (active status), which is correct
Add any degree and submit
 
7.Login as Manager A and approve the Job profile
Manager Self Service [homepage] > Approvals [tile]
Note the job title is coming from empl_rcd 0 (inactive status), which is incorrect
In this scenario, the expectation is to see the active job title.
