E-UPG: Refresh Interval Value Is Not Getting Updated in the Maintain Materialized Views Page (Doc ID 3035269.1)

Symptoms

Unable to set the refresh interval seconds in the Maintain Materialized Views page

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Main Menu -> People Tools -> Utilities -> Administration -> Materialized Views -> Maintain Materialized Views --> open existing Value
2. After adding “Set Refresh Interval [Seconds]” -> click on Run
3. Observe the “Refresh Interval [Seconds]”, no value is present
