HCM HR: Remote Worker Request Approval in Terminated Manager is Not Getting Reassigned to the New Manager (Doc ID 3035825.1)

Symptoms

Remote Worker Request approval in Terminated Manager is not getting reassigned to the new Manager.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Employee, Navigate to Employee Self Service > Remote Worker Tile > add the necessary details then submit a Remote Work Request.
2. Approval should be routed to the employee’s Supervisor/Manager.
3. Login as the Manager, Navigate to Manager Self Service Dashboard > Approvals Tile > Remote worker Requests.
   Validate that the Remote Worker Request is appeared here.
4. Login as system Administrator, Navigate Workforce Administrator > Job Information > Job Data Page > Locate the manager and add the Termination row.

5. Navigate to  Workforce Administrator > Job Information > Job Data Page > Locate the Employee > Update the Manager of the Employee to different Manager.
6. Go back to the Employee, then check the Approval Chain.
Approval is still under the Terminated Manager and did not get reassigned to the new Manager.
