E-PIA: Invoice Number Is Not Displayed Completely on the Add Voucher Page After Upgrading to 8.60 Tools Release.

Symptoms
When adding a new value in the invoice number field, the edit box is small and it doesn't display the complete value in 8.60 tools without moving the cursor.
This issue can be replicated with the following steps:
- Navigate to Menu > Accounts Payable > Vouchers > Add/Update > Regular entry.
- Add a new voucher.
- Enter invoice number as “ TestInvoicenumberLength8.59Tst”.
- The field displays only “ TestInvoicenumberLength8.”. The last few characters were not displayed as the field length is small. However, if the end-user selects the invoice number field and moves the cursor to the end of that field they can see the last few characters
