Unable to Update the Grading Basis on an Undergraduate Class Taken by a Graduate Student (Doc ID 3036710.1)

The grading basis for a student on an enrollments needs to be updated from Graded to GRAD as an example during enrollment in the class. The GRAD grading basis, used for students in the graduate career,  is not available when performing the lookup on the Grade Basis field on Quick Enroll or Enrollment.   The expectation is the GRAD Grading Basis should be available for selection


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.  Navigate to  Records and Enrollment, Enroll Students, Quick Enroll a Student;
2.  Under Add a New Value tab, search for the student in the GRAD taking an Undergraduate class;
3.  Click Add;
4.  Select ‘Enroll’ from Action drop-down;
5.  Search for the Class Number in question;
6.  Under Class Overrides tab, check the Grading Basis box;
7.  Under Units and Grade tab, search for Grade Basis.
