In Monitor Approvals Page, the Approver Field Displays 'No Approvers Found' For Some Users. (Doc ID 3036718.1)

Symptoms

When a user is checking for Pending Approval in Monitor Approvals page, the Approver field is displaying 'No Approvers Found'.
But for other users, the approver field is displaying the actual Approver.


Steps to replicate:

  1.  Process Definition for FormApproval.
       (Enterprise Component > Approvals > Approvals > Approval Process Setup)
  2.  Design the Form (i.e. TEST).
       (Enterprise Component > Forms > Design Form Wizard)
  3.  Analyst User Profile (i.e. GLA2) linked to FORM_USER role.
       (PeopleTools > Security > User Profiles > User Profiles)
  4.  Approver User Profile (i.e. GLS2) linked to EOAW_ADMINISTRATOR and FORM_ADMIN roles.
  5.  Using SQL tool, update roles as Dynamic.    
  6.  Log in as Analyst (GLA2).    
  7.  Search/Fill a Form for Form TEST.
       (Enterprise Component > Forms > Maintain Forms)
  8.  Fill out fields, then, save.    
  9.  Click Submit for approval.    
       Note that form approval workflow gets routed to approver, and that, User ID GLS2 is the Approver.    
10.  Log in as GLS2.    
11.  Approval Monitor Configuration:
      (Enterprise Component > Approvals > Approvals > Monitor Configuration)
12.  Go to Monitor Approvals and search for Approval Process = FormApproval.
      (Enterprise Component > Approvals > Approvals > Monitor Approvals)    
13.  Click on the item.    
14.  Click Approver dropdown, ‘No approvers found’.
