EGL: Unnecessary Rows were Added to JRNL_HDRMAS_ATT when Uploading Journal Attachments

Symptoms
When trying to save attachments in the Upload Journal Attachment page, there were unnecessary rows (with Journal ID = ‘NEXT’) added in JRNL_HDRMAS_ATT record.
Step:
-------------------------
1. Navigate to Root > General Ledger > Journals > Process Journals > Upload Journal Attachment.
2. Search for a Journal.
3. Checking Multiple File Attachment, select the Journal and click Attach Files to Multiple Journals hyperlink.
4. Add attachments and click OK
5. Click Save.
6. Checking backend, unnecessary rows were added to JRNL_HDRMAS_ATT with Journal ID = “NEXT”.
