3. Create multiple vouchers for the PO Receipt from step 2, for 1 quantity for each line (Accounts Payable – Vouchers – Add / Update – Regular Entry).
Eg: Voucher 1 has 2 lines with 1 quantity each, voucher 2 has 2 lines with 1 quantity each, voucher 3 has 2 lines with 1 quantity each.
4. Post all the vouchers (Accounts Payable – Batch Processes – Vouchers – Voucher Posting).
5. Load the assets into the AM interface tables (Accounts Payable – Batch Processes – Extracts and Loads – Load Assets Request).
6. Preview the data on the asset interface page (Asset Management – Send / Receive Information – Preview AP / PO Information).
7. Make sure to run the process individually for each voucher / interface.
7a. Retrieve the AP / PO data (Asset Management – Send / Receive Information – Retrieve Info from AP / PO).
7b. Review the data on the asset interface tables (Asset Management – Send / Receive Information – Interface Transactions – Review Interface Transactions). The asset type shows as Adj.
