When Attempting to Validate a User in the Electronic Signature Account Page and also Send a Document for Signature the System Errors. Electronic Signature Provider error. Envelope_Does_Not_exist and Electronic Signature Provider error: The UserID does n (Doc ID 3036995.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to validate a user in the Electronic Signature Account page, we are getting an error. Also when we attempt to send a document for signature we are also getting an error.



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Issue #1

1. Navigate to the Electronic Signature Setup Page. (Supplier Contracts-->Supplier Contracts Setup-->Electric Signature Setup).
2. Click on Verify Account Information button.
3. Get the error.

Issue #2

1. Navigate to the Document Management Page. (Supplier Contracts-->Create Contracts and Documents-->Document Management)
2. Click on the Find Existing Document link.
3. Search for an Approved document.
4. Select a document.
5. Click on the Prepare Document for Signing button.
6. Select a signer and click Ok.
7. Get the error.
