Filters on My Requisitions and My Receipts Page Are Incorrectly Changing (Doc ID 3037216.1)

Symptoms

It seems that the filters when switching from My Requisitions and My Receipts seems to keep the previous settings of the page (Filter Options) you went into last, rather than resetting to the default values.
 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as VP1
2. Click on the eProcurement Tile
3. Click on the My Requisitions Tile
4. Click on the Filter By button
5. Note the From Date defaults to 01/03/2024. Also the Request State is All but Complete
6. Change the From Date to 03/02/2024
7. Click Done
8. Navigate to eProcurement Homepage
9. Click on the My Receipts Tile
10. Click on the Update Filters button
11. Note the Received Date from defaults to 01/03/2024
12. Click Cancel
13. Log Out then Log back in as VP1
14. Click on the eProcurement Tile
15. Click on the My Receipts Tile
16. Click on the Update Filters button
17. Note the Received Date from  defaults to 01/03/2024
18. Change the Received Date from to 03/02/2024
19. Click Done
20. Navigate to eProcurement Homepage
21. Click on the My Requisitions Tile
22. Click on the Update Filters button
23. Note that the Filter now has the From Date default to 03/02/2024 and the Request State has changed from “All but Complete to “PO(s) Dispatched
