When Adding a Special Request Favorite Item to a Favorite Group, the System Drops the Supplier Item Id

Symptoms
When adding a Favorite item to a Favorites Group, the supplier item id attribute of the favorite item is being dropped. This causes ordering issue when the requester selects the item from the Favorites Group.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click on the Create Requisition Tile
2. Make sure that the cart is empty
3. Click on the Favorites button on Left Menu
4. Enter a qty for Special Request item and click Add. Do not use an Item ID
5. Click on the Checkout button
6. Click on the Item Description
7. Confirm that the Supplier Item ID is populated
8. Click on the Shopping Cart
9. Click on the delete button to delete the item
10. Click Yes
11. Now have an empty cart.
12. Exit out of the page completely
13. Click on the Create Requisition tile
14. Click on the Favorites button on Left Menu
15. Enter a qty for our Special Request item
16. Select it and click on Add to Favorites Group
17. Select a group and click OK
18. Favorite Groups- Click on details button
19. Select the the same Special Request item, enter a qty and click Add
20. Click on the Checkout button
21. Click on the Item Description
22. Note that the Supplier Item ID is blank.
