Non Custodial Parent IM Does Not Calculate With Two Digit Budget Duration (Doc ID 3037265.1)

When using Pop Update to update the Budget Duration fields, both the IM extension and the IM NCP extension record(s) (INAS_PROF_EXT) are getting updated with the INAS Rule Set and the Inst App Source, but the Budget Duration is only updating the IM Extension Record.

As a result, when calculating INAS for an NCP record for students with Non-Custodial Profile Records (HHB), the following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set Up Pop Update to Update record INAS_PROF_EXT and the following fields: INAS_RULE_SET, INST_APP_SOURCE, PE_BDGT_DUR_A, and PD_BDGT_DUR_N (Set Up SACR -> System Administration -> Utilities -> Population Update -> Population Update Setup)
2. Run Pop Update for a student or a group of students (Set Up SACR -> System Administration -> Utilities -> Pop Update -> Population Update Process)
3. Review the results by viewing both the IM Extension Record and the IM NCP Extension Record (Financial Aid -> Institutional Application -> Maintain Application 2024-2025 -> IM link on the Student Data tab and the IM NCP link on the Non Custodial Parent Data tab
