EBill 9.2: Confirm Quick Pay Payment Setting, Set As Yes or No Has No Impact on Quick Pay Tile When Clicked (Doc ID 3037524.1)

Symptoms

 
A new page 'eBill Payment' has been added to the My Preferences tile in eBill user homepage in PUM49. The eBill Payment page has a field to enable the 'Confirm Quick Pay Payment' feature.
This new flag does not have any impact on the Quick Payments made using the Quick Pay tile. User is prompted for a confirmation after clicking the Quick Pay tile, irrespective of setting this flag to Yes or No.
 
 
Replication:
-----------------------
1. Goto Ebill customer portal. Click on My preference, set 'Confirm Quick Pay Payment' to YES.
2. Click on quick pay tile ,page will appear to allow you to pay.
3. Now change the My preferences setting and set NO to 'Confirm Quick Pay Payment'. Sign out and sign in .
4. Click on Quick Pay again the same page still appears to pay. User expects the message when click on tile that this is not setup.
