Multi-Selection Response is Missing in Supplier Profile Question after Changing Supplier Status to Unapproved

Symptoms
When opening a supplier and changing the status from approved to unapproved, and going to Profile questions on Identifying information page, the responses from multi-list are deleted/wiped.
Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
1. Make change to Supplier Request Templates
Navigation: Menu > Setup Financials/Supply Chain > Products Related > Procurement Options > Suppliers > Supplier Request Templates
Search for ‘SUPPLIER’ template
2. Go to Profile questions
Check box on Multi-Select list and Save the template
3. Create a new supplier
Navigation: Menu > Suppliers > Supplier Information > Add/Update > Add/Update Supplier
Press on Add a new value.
Click Add, unchecked VAT registration. Then add address, contact and location.
4. Go to ‘Profile questions’ on ‘Identifying Information.’
5. For Multi list profile question, selected 2 values.
6. Saved Supplier and got Supplier ID in Approved status
7. Open the supplier created again that is in Approved Status
Navigated back to Search page. Navigation: Menu > Suppliers > Supplier Information > Add/Update > Add/Update Supplier.
8. Change the Supplier to Unapproved and save. Notice the Multi-select list is still present.
9. Open second time Supplier from step 6
Go to Profile questions on Identifying information page.
Notice the Profile question responses with multi-list is deleted/wiped.
