Symptoms
Fluid Position activity guide is not loading fully when adding a new effective dated row to an existing position. It is loading in the header information, then stops so the main page and left-hand menu steps are blank.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Workforce Admin fluid home > Position Management tile > Manage Position tile
2. Search for an existing position
3. Click the Add Row button
4. The activity guide starts to load, but does not complete, resulting in a blank screen.
