Symptoms

MSS - > Team time > Payable Time throws "Pay Calendar may not have been configured" when employee is filtered out.
The Page tries to carry the direct reporter chosen in time summary page to all T&L pages, but it is unable to find the pay calendar when it comes to Payable time.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Set up a Workgroup with 'Payable Time Range" = "Pay Period" under Setup HCM > Product Related > Time and Labor > Rules and Workgroups > Workgroups.
2. Assign this Workgroup to an employee through the Time and Labor module via Time and Labor > Enroll Time Reporters > Manage Time Reporter Data.
3. Team Time tile > Enter Time. Go to the Team Time tile and select the employee from step 2. Check the Enter Time page for the period 5/6 - 5/12/24.
The T&L component is carrying over the employee chosen in First T&L component (Enter Time ) to rest of the components in the navigation collection.
4. When user navigates to the Payable Time component, he notices that the Pay Period date range is missing or blank.
5. Clicking the > arrow results in an error: "Pay calendar may not have been configured."
