Symptoms
When attempting to access the Time Summary Leave Compensatory time from Team Time Direct Report > Enter time,
the following error occurs -
"First Operand of . is NULL, so cannot access member CopyTo.

Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Login as a Manager.
2. In Manager Self Service Homepage, click on Team Time Direct Reports tile
3. In the Enter Time page, from the list of direct reports, select an employee to get to the timesheet.
4. In the bottom of the timesheet, click on the Leave/Compensatory Time link and it triggers an error that stops the transaction from continuing.
