E-DMW: The Informational Messages Info Icon Is Not Visible in Peopletools 8.59 DMW but Are Visible in Peopletools 8.60 DMW?

Symptoms
On : 8.59 version, Data Migration Workbench
While migrating a project that contained three datasets with three rows from a DB2 PT8.57 environment to an ORACLE 8.59 environment the Copy to File is successful. In the DB2 PT8.57 instance for the same project, you can see two Info Icon messages for two out of the three datasets in the project. Still, for the same project, after being copied to file in the Oracle 8.59 environment for the same datasets, the Info Icons are not seen.
