Symptoms
Tiles for some Plan Types cannot be hidden on Benefits Enrollment although set as Show if no choice is selected for them on the Benefit Program Table.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Employee navigates to Employee Self Service homepage > Benefit Details tile > Benefits Enrollment tile.
2. Employee sees tiles for three Savings Plans and one Leave Plan that they should not see.
