On : 8.60 version, Tools Accessibility Compliance - The fluid header tab order skips the Favorites icon in Screen Reader Mode:

The Fluid header tab order skips the Favorites icon in Screen Reader Mode which is an accessibility concern.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login.
2. Use Screen Reader mode while navigating and the Fluid header tab is skipped.
