Symptoms
When a Remote Worker request approver clicks on the 'View Remote Worker Request' link from the Approvals tile, getting an authorization error.
Steps to reproduce the issue:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Prerequisite: An employee has submitted a Remote Work request for approval.
1. Log in as the manager and navigate to the Approvals tile (Navigation : Manager Self Service > Approvals)
2. Select the Remote Worker request to approve
3. Click the 'View Remote Worker Request' link
4. Error occurs.
