(Doc ID 3039366.1)
Last updated on AUGUST 06, 2024
Applies to:
PeopleSoft Enterprise PT PeopleTools - Version 8.60 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
On PeopleTools (PT) 8.60.15 or earlier patches, enabling Keyword Search does not display the correct label on the page.
Instead of 'Keyword Search' (the correct header title) appearing, 'Find an Existing Value' (incorrect header title) appears on the Keyword Search page.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. From the Global Header, search for Manage Configurable Search .
2. Make 'Search' the default page while Keyword Search is enabled.
3. Note when you go into the page, the header text displays as 'Find an Existing Value' which is indicative of Standard Search, not Keyword Search.
4. Make 'Add a New Value' the default page while Keyword Search is enabled.
5. Note when you go into 'Add a New Value', then click into the button that says 'Keyword Search', the supplied search page says 'Keyword Search' which is correct.
